資料用途 / Why we collect your information

香港兔唇裂顎協會收集你提供的姓名、電郵或電話、捐款金額、所支持跑手、收據要求及付款參考資料，用於處理和核對捐款、回覆查詢及安排收據。

The Hong Kong Association for Cleft Lip and Palate collects the name and contact details you provide, donation amount, chosen runner, receipt request and payment references to process and reconcile donations, answer enquiries and arrange receipts.

必填與選填資料 / Required and optional details

請提供電郵或電話，至少一項，否則我們無法透過本網站處理你的捐款。姓名為選填；如申請收據則必須填寫。你可選擇支持跑手，或直接捐款支持協會。

An email address or phone number is required to process a donation through this website. Your name is optional unless you request a receipt. Supporting a runner is optional; you may donate directly to the campaign.

付款及資料處理 / Payments and data handling

付款由 mPay 的付款頁面處理。本網站不收集或儲存信用卡號碼或安全碼。協會獲授權職員及提供網站、託管和付款服務的服務供應商，可按處理捐款及維護服務所需接觸相關資料。

Payments take place on mPay’s hosted checkout. This website does not collect or store card numbers or security codes. Authorised association staff and providers of website, hosting and payment services may handle the information needed to process donations and operate the service.

公開資料與儲存 / Public information and storage

網站公開顯示大會及跑手的籌款總額，不公開捐款人的姓名、聯絡資料或收據要求。本網站使用必要的工作階段 Cookie，以保護表格及職員登入。捐款資料不會用於本活動的直接促銷。

The website displays campaign and runner totals, but does not publish donor names, contact details or receipt requests. Essential session cookies protect forms and staff sign-in. Donation details will not be used for direct marketing for this campaign.

建議資料保留原則：只在處理捐款、收據、查詢及履行適用紀錄保存責任所需的期間保留資料，其後安全刪除或匿名化。協會須於正式推出前確認具體保留期限及執行安排。

Proposed retention approach: keep information only for as long as needed for donations, receipts, enquiries and applicable record-keeping obligations, then securely delete or anonymise it. The association must confirm the retention periods and implementation arrangements before live launch.

查閱、更正及查詢 / Access, correction and enquiries

如欲查閱或更正你的個人資料，或查詢本聲明，請透過以下方式聯絡協會，並提供捐款參考編號（如有）。協會或需核實你的身分，以保障資料安全。

To request access to or correction of your personal information, or ask about this notice, contact the association below and include your donation reference if available. The association may need to verify your identity to protect your information.

捐款收據 / Donation receipts

如需收據，請在捐款時勾選收據選項並填寫姓名。協會會在確認捐款後人手處理收據，並按所提供的聯絡方式跟進。付款確認頁面並非捐款收據。如收據資料需要更正，請聯絡協會。

To request a receipt, select the receipt option and provide your name when donating. The association handles receipts manually after confirming payment and will follow up using your contact details. The payment confirmation page is not a donation receipt. Contact the association to correct receipt details.
